Deputy Manager
Towcester Cottage Nursery | Full-Time, Permanent
Take on a unique role of supporting the Manager and managing our nurturing team in Towcester. You will be responsible for the overall running of the nursery, supporting with staffing rotas and ensuring Room Leaders and the whole team are supported in every aspect of childcare to provide a consistently high quality provision.
Salary: £31,727 per annum | £14 an hour
Weeks: 50 weeks a year, 2 weeks off for Christmas
Days: 5 days a week for 40 weeks, 4 days a week for 10
Hours: 8:00 - 18:00, 45 min lunch, 37 - 46.25 hrs a week.
Preschool Early Years Educator

Preschool Room Leader
Towcester Cottage Nursery | Full-Time, Permanent
Join our team and lead our Preschool Room in our Cottage Nursery in Towcester. You will be responsible for the overall care of the Preschool aged children. You will work closely with the Manager & Deputy to ensure all daily tasks are completed, resources are available, activities are organised, reports are completed to the professional standard expected by the Manager. You will need to liaise with families, professionals and schools to ensure all children are fully ready for school.
Salary: £25,840 - £32,300 per annum

Baby Room Early Years Educator

Take on this incredible rewarding role and lead our Baby Room in our Cottage Nursery in Towcester. You will be responsible for the overall care of all children under 2-years-old. You will work closely with the Manager & Deputy to ensure your team are supported and guided to provide the highest level of care. You will be responsible for ensuring children transition into Preschool and work with the Preschool Room Leader to ensure transitional reports are completed professionally and on time.

Take on a fun, exciting role of being wholly responsible for delivering wrap-around care before and after school. You will work closely with families, our Preschool Deputy Manager and Manager and be responsible for recruitment, staffing rotas and ensuring healthy meals and engaging activities are delivered to Primary School aged children during our Breakfast Sessions 8:00 to 9:00 and After-school Sessions 15:00 to 18:00.
