Payment
Fees must be paid in advance by the 1st of every month.
A charge of £5 per day will be applied for late payment of fees, and consistently late payment may result in your child’s place being terminated at KidsStop.
Your child’s place is not reserved for the coming month until fees are paid in full.
A fee of £5 will be charged for every 15 minutes you are late collecting your child.
If your child is unable to attend for any reason, a refund will not be available.
You must inform KidsStop of any absences to safeguard your child.

You will not be charged for Bank Holidays.
Snow Days: If KidsStop is open, you will be charged as usual. If it is closed, you will be charged half fees, which will be credited to you for the following month.
Hot Days: When the temperature exceeds 30 degrees Celsius inside, we will ask you to collect your child. You will be able to use the lost hours at a later date.
Withdrawal
Due to the long-term commitment KidsStop makes when reserving a child’s place, we ask you to make a similar commitment to us. We therefore require a minimum of 1 calendar month's written notice, commencing from the first day of the month, to reduce or cancel your child’s normal booking.
Safeguarding
The Safeguarding Vulnerable Groups Act 2006 places a duty on the staff to follow specific child protection procedures, a Child Protection & Safeguarding Policy is available to view at any time should any concerns arise.

Health & Safety
The Health & Safety Officer is Nicola Sexton. If you have any concerns relating to health and safety, please contact her. Risk assessments will be available for you to view upon request.
Personal Information
Your child’s records will be held on a computerised database that is protected by the Data Protection Act 2018. They will be used for no other purpose than your consented company business. If you require a copy of this personal information, you must make a request in writing.
You will be contacted via email only for the purposes of childcare business.
